Nott is the owner of the time-turner that can go back years. He is captured by the ministry because of this. Later, Albus and Scorpius use his time-turner to try and save Cedric.
My Theodore Nott figure is based off of my imagination, because he is only in the Cursed Child and they give no description of him.
